Ron Gathercole

Ron is the founder of Independent Therapy Solutions. He started training in counselling in 1992 and has a diploma in psychodynamic counselling. He has worked in G.P. practice, Relate, and in the addiction field as a therapist. He currently works for Essex Ambulance Service and NEMHT as well as his private practice. He also teaches counselling at a nearby college. Ron also has qualifications in coaching and management as well as hypnosis and auricular acupuncture. Over the years he has drawn on many different paradigms to facilitate change with his clients and remains very enthusiastic about continuing to learn from all his clients and experiences

Sue Duncan

I am a qualified Reflexologist with seven years of experience; in the past I have predominantly used reflexology to treat people with learning disabilities and people with mental health problems.

I became interested in Reflexology after having a course of treatments myself over twenty years ago.

I also studied counselling for two years, but as a tactile person found reflexology a much better approach personally to use although the counselling skills I have complement the reflexology

Jude Hill

In 2000 became seriously ill after having a Hepatitis B injection. My life consequently was put on hold whilst I endured the effects of campylobacter, a bowl infection and rheumatoid arthritis.

I received a variety of holistic treatments to aid my 3 year recovery -massage being one of these; I vowed to myself that I would learn massage as I had received so much of it.

I am now qualified and experienced in Swedish Massage and Thai Massage and have just returned from Thailand where I have completed practitioner level 2.

Cristina Weston

Cristina is a homeopath, registered with the Society of Homeopaths. She decided to study homeopathy having seen for herself the amazing results that it can bring. She was also impressed by the holistic approach embraced by homeopathy and the time and attention given to the individual which is so often lacking in western medicine.

Jane Westover

I am a qualified Hypnotherapist and Bach Flower Practitioner (pronounced batch).

I am one of the few therapists in this area to be trained with the Centre for Eating Disorders in London . Using the skills I learnt there, plus hypnotherapy, Bach Flowers, Emotional Freedom Technique and Reiki I put together a tailor-made programme for each client.

Peter Brown

Peter is a confident and capable therapist who has worked with client's since1993 he then graduated in London with a British School of Shiatsu diploma in 1997. He lives in Colchester with two cats and has 4 gorgeous children and sings acapella. Working also with people with dependency problems and recently qualifying as an Auricular Acupuncturist. Peter works well in a team environment

Dave Darney

Dave is a very experienced practitioner of Acupuncture and Homeopathy; he has a gentle, calming nature as well as being a knowledgeable and committed therapist.
