There are many reasons for someone seeking help and Independent Therapy Solutions Limited provides as wide a range of services, from as many locations as possible, including the internet and e-therapy.

Static Services:

From our static centre we provide a range of psychological interventions such as counseling and psychotherapy delivered in a one to one or group setting.

Internet Services:

We can communicate via e-mail or perhaps use our interactive online consultation. Web Cam technology can also be utilised .

Telephone Services:

Telephone consultations take place at an arranged time to landlines in the U.K.

• Sleeping a lot or sleep disturbance of some kind
• Irritability or unexpected "volatile" behaviour
• Always feeling "down" or pretending to be OK
• Fear or permanent readiness for trouble
• Isolation (emotional or otherwise) or separateness
• Strained relationships (at work or home)

• "Emptiness" or feeling "flat"

• Excessive drinking or other substance use
• Jumpiness or easily startled
• A wish to hurt (others or yourself)
• Lack of hope, optimism or vitality
• Intruding memories or flashbacks
• Different kinds of phobias
• Trappedness
• Mood swings or very "black and white" thinking
• Difficulty in making decisions or trusting intuition
• Avoiding behaviour (tasks, people or certain situations)
• Suicidal thoughts

 Of course you must remember that we all experience some of these symptoms some of the time and they must be kept in context. If any of the above trouble you too much or if you don’t know what to do about them you could check them out with us.

This is not an attempt to categorise you, but instead to categorise some of the problems that you might face. You are not perceived as a category yourself.

Booking a session:

The first part of your journey with ITS will be to book an initial Email consultation. This consists of your answers to a few simple questions and my initial response to this with some more questions which will arise and then another e – mail from you with finally another reply from me to round up this consultation. Then after that you can choose from our range of treatment options for single e-mail or telephone sessions. Those of you who are close enough to arrange face to face visits can telephone to arrange an appointment.

When you click on the link below you will be guided to a page that will have our treatment plans and the price list along with payment methods. (You may need to open a paypal account if you don’t already have one– this is a once only procedure. You can do this by clicking on the Paypal graphic).

Once you have picked the payment method you will be asked to pick your treatment plan and then follow the onscreen instructions.
